Only7Seconds is a Washington-based nonprofit organization on a mission to end the youth loneliness epidemic by inspiring intentional, meaningful connection.

This is done by delivering social health improvement through action and youth-led programming using our three pillars: awareness, education and agency. Its programs are designed to be used by schools, by community-based organizations, and in third places.

Its latest program, Club7 is a youth-led club that promotes social health and wellness through developing a culture of connection throughout their community. Its programs include an opt-in communication suite that engages youth, families, and adult mentors with regular support via text messages and emails.
